Palace of the Shirvanshahs
The Palace of the Shirvanshahs is the former residence of the Shirvanshahs (rulers of Shirvan), located in the capital of Azerbaijan, the city of Baku. The construction of the palace was associated with the transfer of the capital of the state of the Shirvanshahs from Shamakhi to Baku. The palace complex was built between the 13th and 16th centuries.

 

Baku Museum of Miniature Books
The exhibits exhibited in the museum were collected by Tahir Salakhov's sister, Zarifa Salakhova, for almost 30 years. Her personal collection consists of 6500 books from 64 countries of the world.

 

Workshop of Ali Shamsi - a rebel who creates happy worlds
One of the favorite sights of the Old City is the workshop of the famous artist Ali Shamsi. The peculiarity of this workshop is already visible with   amazing facade, attracting with its special energy. This is followed by brushes stuck into the ground, a painted tree, an air conditioner painted with all colors and other attributes that clearly indicate that a creative person lives here.
